Location:Education Training and Development Center -12451 Gateway BlvdFort Myers FL 33913 Department: Onboarding Work Type: Part Time Shift: Shift 1/7:30:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.32 - $39.42 / hour SummarySupports a broad range of competency-based learning and organizational development projects and programs related to onboarding and orientation of new staff and leaders at System, Service-Line and Departmental levels. Develops project plans to enhance new hire retention, builds collaborative relationships and partnerships with all levels of the organization in the identification and implementation of onboarding solutions. Functions as an internal development consultant, group facilitator, and change agent for all levels of personnel. Supports all aspects of the System Onboarding program and its associated functions and services. This position provides educational needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding-related projects and programs. Uses Adult Learning Principals to deliver employee initial education, including, but not limited to: safety, communication, customer service, workgroup effectiveness, teamwork, and leadership. Develops programs and initiatives designed to increase new employee engagement, and retention. Coaches/advises managers on new staff development initiatives and activities aligned with the needs and desired results of their operations. Facilitate learning in classroom and computer-based settings, managing all aspects of the learning environment. Create needs assessments and analyze the new talent training needs of various departments. This may be done through interviews, surveys and/or gathered from personal experience within the company. Design and develop new employee training to fulfill organizational objectives and employee needs. This may include designing new courses or updating existing ones. Course design must be cohesive, relevant, comprehensive and engaging. Design includes all necessary material such as student workbooks, facilitator guides, handouts, role plays, case studies, power point presentations, and manager follow up guides Present classes with an interesting and compelling lecture style combined with engagement activities that challenge the standard way of thinking. Class and material presentation may be in person, virtual or through e-learning. Conducts post training follow up with students and their managers to assess the effectiveness of all courses presented through personal introspection, course surveys, etc. and make necessary changes to improve effectiveness. Based on trainee input, provide input/ideas on how to improve training to increase employee productivity and customer experience. Be an advocate for our new employees as the first line of contact and facilitator for our new employee onboarding process. RequirementsEducational Requirements Bachelor's Preferred Professional Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) will be accepted in lieu of Associate's Degree Experience Requirements 5 Years' Experience in Onboarding or Human Resources Required US:FL:Fort Myers |
