The security team seeks a motivated, experiencedPrincipal Technical Security Program Managerto join our benchmarking team. We are looking for someone who can dig into hard engineering problems, measure the core fundamentals of our systems, evaluate exciting new features, and drive executive reviews at the most senior levels. ResponsibilitiesInvestigate, analyze, and measure security products effectiveness and performance against alternative solutions. Collaborate with multiple product teams to design and implement repeatable measurements using a data-driven approach capable of measuring the full stack including AI elements. Collaborate with data science teams to understand and identify detection gaps, capabilities, assumptions, and improvements. Be involved in customer conversations to identify opportunities, gaps and concerns. Work directly on security reviews, complex automation coding and approval workflows across multiple teams. Identifying the "top" customer pain points in UX using multiple techniques to acquire the data. Study security products to understand and communicate dependencies and utilization/limits of underlying resource capabilities. Collaborate with other engineers to develop a world class multi-cloud performance framework and reporting system. Acts as a technical advisor to educate and evangelize competitive strengths and weaknesses across divisional boundaries. Experienced writer and technical content presenter to all audiences and technical levels. Embody our culture and values |
