ResponsibilitiesOptical Network Operations in SRE Role: Work with stakeholders to define optical networking needs for AI systems. Lead the automation and incident management of parts of our optical network.Code Implementation and Optimization: Write, enhance, and streamline code for managing and automating optical networks, emphasizing scalability and efficiency for AI networks.Telemetry and Data Analysis: Monitor AI-optimized optical network telemetry and use data analytics to identify issues and improve products and services. Develop tools for automatic problem resolution and continuous network improvement.Operational Readiness and Incident Management: Serve as the primary contact for incidents, quickly addressing issues and implementing fixes. Work with various teams for fast resolution and use automation to avoid future problems. Share insights from incident reviews.Continuous Improvement and Trend Adaptation: Keep up with optical networking and AI advancements. Incorporate new knowledge and technologies to enhance the performance and reliability of AI-optimized optical networks.Embody our culture and values
