IT Infrastructure Team Lead Kapco Grafton, WI

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an IT Infrastructure Team Lead at our Grafton, WI facility.

Responsbilities:



  • Helpdesk ownership: ensure end user tickets are assigned & completed within established SLA's
  • Hardware deployment & maintenance of PC's, tablets, scanners, printers and other equipment
  • Maintain an organized system for company hardware assets and warranty/service packages
  • Network management and maintenance - monitoring internet connectivity, regularly updating servers, switches, routers, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify, evaluate & implement new software and process improvements across the family of companies
  • Maintain relationships with key support vendors; ensuring that their costs, lead times and service quality meet or exceed expectations
  • Follow all company safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills and Experience Requirements:



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred, or comparable work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT hardware and Helpdesk support experience
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VoIP systems and networking protocols
  • Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
