Truck Driver

Essential Duties The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility.

Required essential duties include but are not limited to:

A How to connect trailer to the tractor

B How to disconnect the trailer from the tractor

C How to manually connect trailer to tractor

D How to manually disconnect trailer from tractor

Physical

Must be able to climb in and out of the truck.

* Must have the strength to open and close trailer doors.

* Must have the strength to turn the crank in order to release the trailer from the tractor manually. Skills

* Must be able to drive a tractor trailer.

* Must be able to back trailers into confined spaces.

Experience

* 1 - 3 years preferred. Responsibility Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, and housekeeping.

Training

Must have a commercial driver's license.

Other

Overtime is/may be required.
