Description and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager, Services Sales Enablement to lead the planning and execution of global enablement programs that drive productivity and revenue within our Services business. This role will design and manage end-to-end enablement initiatives that support sales teams worldwide with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to succeed. In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for supporting the operationalization and execution of our key growth initiatives, collaborating closely with teams in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific for Sales Enablement, Presales, and more to deliver results that align with business objectives.

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of standing up and executing world-wide strategic sales initiatives in the Solutions and Services Group, overseeing progress, deliverables, and timelines, while providing critical governance and communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of global enablement programs for the Services Sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Leadership to align enablement with business goals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify performance gaps and propose enablement solutions that address sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Measure program success using data and KPIs, and continuously improve enablement strategies based on feedback and performance.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and executive updates, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks or issues that may impact program timelines or business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes to enhance efficiency and results.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a related field in a B2B tech or services environment.
  • Experience building and scaling global enablement programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain focus on key objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, foster cross-functional collaboration, and bring problem-solving expertise to the table.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of program execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and diverse cultural environments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, sales motions, and GTM strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, etc.) to drive insights and inform decision-making.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Lenovo's services or technology ecosystem is a plus.
