Position summary: Responsible for various tasks and projects to enhance their experience in the field utilizing their education. This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Enter data into systems
• Make edits and updates to existing marketing materials
• Review marketing material for adherence to JMT's style guide
• Support office, regional, and corporate marketing efforts
• Work with both the pursuits and communications teams

Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Full time student in Marketing, English, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Coursework in related field

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
