Busy clinic that offers Occupational, Primary, and Preventative Care for employees onsite and their families 2yrs of age and older. Schedule is Mon/Tues/Thursday: 7am-4pm, Wednesdays are 10:00am to 7:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch. Friday 7am-12pm. Top Skills You Should Possess: Top Skills You Should Possess: Certified Medical Assistant Strong phlebotomy/venipuncture skills Knowledge & experience with EMR Epic Minimum of two-three (2-3) years' recent experience as a Medical Assistant What You'll Be Doing: Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate) Prepare patients for examinations and assist the physician during exams Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed by a physician Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens (e.g., blood, urine, swabs) Conduct EKGs and other diagnostic tests Performs administrative tasks, completes appropriate client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provides assistance at front desk May require other duties as assigned Apply NOW!!!
