We remove technical barriers and co-create customer success by delivering compelling demonstrations and strategic roadmaps that show the power of the Salesforce platform.

In this Lead Industry Solution Engineer Specialist role, you'll go beyond traditional pre-sales by playing a critical part in building and scaling industry-specific solution assets across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, and Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG). You'll blend customer-facing expertise with a passion for repeatability-supporting high-impact sales conversations while also guiding a broader solutions community with the tools, narratives, and demos they need to scale success.

As a thought leader in your space, you'll drive innovation, collaboration, and consistency across go-to-market efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Enable Our Solution Engineers and Field Teams: Conduct internal enablement, demos, and training sessions to help others leverage pre-built industry content. Be the go-to expert on what's available-and how to use it to win.
  • Be the Voice of the Field: Partner with Product, Industry Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure our solutions evolve based on real customer feedback and emerging industry trends.
  • Support Strategic Customer Engagements: Join key pursuits as an industry subject matter expert to support discovery, demo strategy, and overall deal positioning.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling customer narratives tied to business value.
  • Proven ability to run thoughtful discovery sessions that uncover true customer needs.
  • Confidence in presenting to C-level executives and guiding strategic conversations.
