Front End Developer Lead (On Site) We are looking for a tech lead with 10+ years of experience to join one of the leading Comms Media account. As a leader on the team, this role will work to help the team prioritize, build, and ship the most impactful features to our customers. The ideal candidate is a technical professional who has deep understanding and hands-on experience in responsive web and app UX design and knowledge of micro-frontends and module-federation. Candidate is expected to serve as a mentor to help guide and train other engineers on the team. Should possess good communication skills and prior experience on collaborating directly with client stakeholders and offshore teams. The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
