Sr. React Engineer - Hybrid We are looking for an experienced and talented React Engineer to join our innovative team. With at least 8+ years of experience, you will bring your deep expertise in modern web and server-side technologies, cloud computing, and database management to craft scalable and high-performing solutions. Location: Charlotte NC Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship . Responsibilities & required qualifications: Lead the development and implementation of high-quality React applications. 8+ years of experience Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Applications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. The annual salary for this position is between $87- 114k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
