The hiring range for this role is: $275,000.00 - $310,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay. The Senior Vice President Pharmacy Supply Chain serves as a senior leader shaping the success of our organization. Collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team in setting and driving organizational vision and execution. Role is responsible for driving strategy and activity for the economics, implementation, operational excellence, and quality client satisfaction of Synergie's pharmacy supply chain solutions, including leading engagement with Synergie's pharmacy network providers and other pharmacy supply chain vendors. Leads these functions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and service excellence of Synergie's business model. This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a key leader in driving the growth of a significant startup in a critical and emerging segment of healthcare. Primary Job Functions
