The WWK & training associate director will manage and execute training opportunities for contracted agencies and provide technical assistance to support the Foundation's signature child-focused recruitment training program. Through curriculum development, needs assessments and facilitating best practices, the WWK & training associate director will support stakeholders in both English and Spanish to enhance their knowledge to ensure fidelity to the child-focused recruitment model (CFR). This is an exciting opportunity to directly support our mission through onsite and virtual training opportunities, while also evaluating adherence to the program model and expanding our reach and impact across diverse communities. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption offers a flexible hybrid work environment, with employees living in the Columbus Metro area eligible to work remotely up to two days per week. Remote employment may be considered for highly qualified candidates residing outside the area with the ability to travel onsite as required. Due to the complexities of state-specific employment laws, tax regulations and other compliance requirements, the Foundation may be unable to support remote work arrangements in all states. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is including a reasonable, good faith estimate of the compensation range for this role. A specific salary offer considers multiple factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skillset, experience and training, internal equity, budget and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
