City Experiences is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for our Finance operations in Orlando, Florida.

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst- FP&A to join our Finance & Accounting department. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with finance leadership, BU leadership, and the commercial organization to assist in creating financial models, analyzing performance, and generating insights. They will contribute to the annual budgeting process, capital expenditure planning, and strategic financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:





    • * Financial Modeling & Analysis:
      * Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
      * Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
      * Prepare weekly, monthly, and year-end reports and financial records.
      * Conduct variance analysis to explain budget and forecast deviations.
      * Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
      * Serve as a financial adviser to stakeholders and present findings to senior leadership.
    • Strategic Planning:
      * Lead strategic planning processes, aligning financial planning with long-term business goals.
      * Conduct analyses to support investment projects and recommend optimizations.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting:
      * Assist in creating the annual budget, including capital expenditure planning.
      * Coordinate rolling forecasts, integrating market dynamics and business trends.
      * Support forecasting and budgeting activities, comparing KPIs against actual results.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      *Work closely with other teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.




Requirements & Qualifications:



  • 4-8 years of professional experience in FP&A in industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, including market analyses and supporting business case creation and evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts and business cases clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization with finance leaders, BU leaders, and operational GMs.
