The Projects Execution Senior Manager role will be responsible for the supervision of various team
members covering I&E specialists, Project managers, welders, assemblers/fabricators, and multi-skill
technicians. This team will manage and execute upgrades, installation and construction of service center
and/or water plant systems. This role will involve travels in the South region (TX, LA, OK, AK), occasional travel to Veolia WTS Service
Centers, primarily within NAM (South/West/Central/East) to support facility expansion or upgrade
projects, and to customer sites to support new system installs and upgrades. While working at other
locations the primary function of this role will be to build, grow, deploy and lead the on-site execution
teams to complete the assigned tasks on-time, on-budget, in a safe manner that meets quality
expectations. This is a multi-faceted position that will require a blend of people leadership, hands-on technical skills
and project leadership (strategic guidance, scheduling, budgeting, etc.), to support the growth of our
services operations. The people leadership component is the primary objective as this role will be
responsible for a team of 15 to 30 multi-skill technicians and project managers working in parallel on
various tasks in different locations occurring at the same time. Key Characteristics
- Use project management rigor and software to create schedules that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Maintain the long term plan of projects to be executed, align resources and materials to meet that plan, update as needed and inform leadership about any issues in executing the plan
- Travel to Veolia and customer facilities to lead on-site installation of CAPEX projects
- Provides leadership & instills the best EHS standards for the site teams
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of construction/installation personnel, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing teams for complex industrial projects
- Manage project lifecycles including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee construction/travel teams and coordinate with CAPEX project managers
- Technical expertise in engineering drawings, P&IDs, and control systems
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements
Qualifications
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
- 8+ years senior-level project management experience
- Strong technical background with ability to read/redline engineering documents
- Proven track record managing dispersed teams and complex projects
- Excellence in EHS standards and OSHA compliance
- Experience in I&E or water plant operations

- Proficiency in project management software (P6, MS Project, Smartsheet)

- PMP Certification
- Experience in I%;E or water plant operations
