Teleradiologist

QuarterLine, a Planned Systems International (PSI) Company, is currently seeking a Teleradiologist (Physician) to provide Board Certified Radiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Augusta VA Health Care System located at 1 Freedom Way Augusta GA, 30904 and 950 15th Street Augusta GA, 30901. The VA Radiology Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR).

The selected individual will approves studies, provide procedure protocols, supervises technologists, provide consultation to clinicians, communicate notifications and interpretation reports, and verify reports promptly within the timeframe agreed to.
• Participates in quality improvement of the teleradiology process, and in complication reviews as requested.
• Complies with VHA regulations, including patient information confidentiality and security.

• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
• Physicians assigned to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United Sates for services that are being performed. All licenses held by the key personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses.
• All physicians shall be Board Certified. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times.

  • Physicians shall be available to the Facility for TEAMs consultation and interpretation 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year for stat, urgent, and routine exams.
