Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketer to join our North America Ads Marketing team. The Content Marketer will be responsible for developing and owning a holistic editorial calendar and overseeing the successful launch of multichannel content to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our advertising business.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including the creation and launch of B2B-focused content across various channels. The Content Marketer will play a pivotal role in directly supporting Ads' revenue growth through measurable, high-impact content and requires a data-driven, growth mindset.

Responsibilities:



  • Content Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation and management of all B2B brand content, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy, tone, and messaging across all formats, including written content, social media, web, blog, thought leadership, paid media, bylines, and more.
  • Agency and Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners to develop high-quality, highly engaging content and execute content strategies. Manage creative partners including content agency and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all content.
  • Editorial Calendar Ownership: Develop and implement a holistic, multiplatform editorial content calendar for Ads that encompasses content across all platforms mapped back to key marketplace messages, business priorities, sales cycles, product launches, and tentpole events.
  • Cross-Functional Content Collaboration: Develop streamlined internal SOPs and new processes for collaborating to create content across platforms, creating a seamless and scalable framework for creating and launching content.
  • Content Innovation & Optimization: Drive innovation in content creation by continuously exploring new formats, channels, and technologies to maximize audience engagement and drive KPIs. Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and ad tech, to ensure brand content is relevant, timely, and optimized for success.
  • Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
  • Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.



Requirements:



  • 10+ years of proven experience in content marketing leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of successful B2B content, preferably in the ad tech or CTV space.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content that drives KPIs spanning brand awareness, demand generation, and lead generation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (both written and visual), with a proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful content across a variety of formats that drives business growth.
  • Skilled at distilling complex, data-driven concepts and ideas into clear, compelling messaging and content.
  • Experience creating content deliverables derived from research and insights.
  • Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders across teams ranging from Product, Solutions, Insights, Sales, Growth, Creative, PR, Events, and more to craft and communicate key concepts and business priorities through content.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • A creative, strategic thinker who is results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced understanding of content analytics and key KPIs to measure and refine content performance.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms - strong working knowledge of LinkedIn content best practices and capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CMS, and CRMs.
  • Deadline-oriented, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of B2B advertising and preferably have experience in ad tech.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the advertising, marketing, and CTV industries is essential.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and a proven ability to drive consensus and stakeholder alignment.
