Corporate Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow
-Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations - e.g. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance
-Create and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment
-Coordinate with design engineering about product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods
-Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress
-Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times
-Stay informed about latest manufacturing trends and advancements

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role
-Excellent knowledge of production machinery, processes and quality assurance techniques
-Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
-Familiarity with statistical analysis and statistical process control (SPC)
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-BSc degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
