Overview
Job Purpose The Analyst, Technology Solutions role is designed to support a wide range of configuration support activities that provides for our client's business needs. The Analyst, Technology Solutions will act as a technical contributor ensuring that client's business needs are met with ICE Mortgage Technology products and services. This position will be responsible for being a technical configuration consultant for the Bankruptcy Foreclosure, Invoicing, and Claims applications, providing analysis, review, and completion of configuration changes in test and production to enhance client productivity. In addition, this position will research and provide feedback to our clients on impact analysis and best practices. Responsibilities
- Works within a team on Bankruptcy/Foreclosure, Invoicing, Claims, and General Services configurations to meet specific client requirements
- Works directly with the client to review and discuss their business needs
- Expertly configures, research, and documents client needs related to Bankruptcy/Foreclosure, Invoicing, Claims, and General Services
- Evaluates client configuration requests and provides estimates for the configuration effort
- Documents specifications and configuration templates for review and testing
- Provides recommendations on best practices and changes in configuration accordingly
- Acts as team leader for technical aspects of configuration projects
- May mentor entry-level analysts on processes or business/technical functions
- May require travel (5% - 10%)
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology products and services
- In-depth knowledge of Bankruptcy/Foreclosure and the integration with MSP
- In-depth knowledge of Claims, Invoicing, and General Services is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels (e.g. executives, managers, individual contributors)
- Awareness of Kanban and Agile methodologies
- Ability to estimate work effort for configurations and ensure the project is successfully completed
- Ability to research ideas and present outcomes in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of SQL a plus
