As a Cashier in our Golf Proshop at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for assisting in all golf shop operations during the golf season.

What will you be doing?

* Assist in the supervision of the daily golf operations

* Assist golf staff to ensure the delivery of the resorts high guest service standards.

* Communicate with the onsite golf event sales team.

* Monitor golf course and weather conditions through Weather Sentry and DTN Weather computers

* Represent the resort in assistant's events

* Prepare event format sheets, cart signage, course signage, and event scoring.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Some golf operations experience, phone skills, and retail skills are preferred. No license or certification is required for this job.

* Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Enjoys proactively using their creativity to personalize the guest experience

* Strong customer service, communication, recordkeeping and math skills;

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
