Heavy OpenShift Infrastructure Experience Description Generative AI (GenAI) presents an exciting opportunity to derive valuable insights from data and drive revenue growth, efficiencies, and improved business processes. Technology will collaborate with Global Markets Sales & Trading, Quantitative Strategies & Data Group (QSDG) & Platform teams to the design and buildout its global GenAI platform. The platform will cater to a rapidly growing number of use cases that harness the power of GenAI. Both proprietary and open-source Large Language Models, and large structured and un-structured data sets will be leveraged to produce insights for Global Markets and its clients. We are seeking a Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to lead design & implementation of this platform. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate business use cases into the platform while ensuring these solutions are reusable, scalable and sustainable. Hands-on engagement in the full software lifecycle activities is expected. This includes requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end implementation of the new GM GenAI platform and its related business use cases. * Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration with emphasis on quality, performance, resiliency, and reusability. * Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill business needs & objectives. * Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business priorities and expectations. * Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
