Account Manager Assistant

Sentinel Hydrosolutions LLC is a customer service-based company focused on protecting homes from catastrophic water damage. The account manager's job is a full-time position. The main responsibilities of the job are (a) to support the sales team members through their daily work, and (b) lighten the load through clerical organizing.

Job Responsibilities

* Overall support of the sales team by assisting with a variety of jobs such as updating and creating customer files, saving documents and pictures on our server, and sending follow up emails to clients

* Returning messages/taking messages

* Working in a CRM database, navigating computers, emails, servers

* Working in various programs such as CRM, Word, Excel, Office 365, Microsoft Teams

Preferred Systems Experience

* Knowledge of CRM databases

*Microsoft Excel, Word, Office 365

* Microsoft Teams

Additional Skills

*Delegating tasks

*Team comradery

* Positive customer service

* Ability to interact with scanners, computers

* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with multiple team members

*Strong customer services skills, verbal and written communication skills

Education

* AA is a strong plus but not required

*Experience in sales and customer service preferred

* Familiarity with computers, phones, and Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
