Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join The Lutheran Home Association. This pivotal role will oversee our financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting our mission of service to the community. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strategic planning and financial management, contributing to our long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's mission.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Manage cash flow and optimize expense management across all departments.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
• Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of six years of strategic financial leadership experience or similar role in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, cost accounting, and expense management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports.
• Familiarity with IAS/IFRS standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
