Supervise a team in supply chain operations, ensuring operations meet the supply management requirements for the clinical and ancillary departments. Identify, lean and implement supply chain inventory initiatives across the organization. Comply with storage regulations and guidelines as defined by policy, regulatory directives and accrediting agencies recommendations. Work closely with leadership and staff to maintain storeroom, reorder points, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field AND two (2) years of supply chain experience OR high school diploma AND four (4) years of supply chain experience. Work may be stressful at times. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Knowledge of inventory control methods, purchasing, contracting, receiving of medical supplies, services and hospital operations. 2. Proven skills in project management, software implementation, training and people management. 3. Demonstrates ability to recognize and solve basic hardware and software problems. 4. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Maintains a high degree of customer service commitment with the ability to communicate data in front of diverse group.
