We are looking for a
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, ADVISOR GROWTH to join the BNY team. This role can be located in New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid THE OPPORTUNITY Advisor Growth includes initiatives that deepen our relationship with Clients to help them grow. Several new programs are underway that leverage relationships with third party consultants, subject matter experts as well as enterprise companies. THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Director, Business Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business development activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our go to market activities. This individual will be responsible for driving partnerships, including creating and maintaining our pitch library, preparing pitches for meetings, supporting competitive and company research, overseeing contract execution, and facilitating client onboarding. Additionally this individual will maintain records of deal flow and provide regular updates to management on progress and KPIs. EXPERTISE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $147,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
