Job Summary & Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as an Architectural and Design Representative. This key role is responsible for securing high-quality paint schedules and specifications for our premium paint products. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the brand's presence by building and maintaining relationships within the architectural and design community. By leveraging industry knowledge, the representative will provide tailored solutions and influence product selection, contributing to the success of high-profile projects.Ideally, the successful candidate will be based within 30 miles of Detroit, Michigan. Market Strategy, Development and Execution
Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve goals within the architectural and design (A&D) segment in partnership and under the direction of the Area Sales Manager
Act as the Go-To Authority and Paint Expert
Project Management
Act as a Brand Advocate and Build Client Relationships
Strategic Market Intelligence and Business Acumen
