Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144The Digital Analytics Personalization Manager is primarily responsible for developing, leading and implementing the analytics-driven digital personalization program across the Consumer Bank and the enterprise. The successful candidate will build personalization capabilities that can be leveraged across the Consumer Bank and will actively socialize and elevate these solutions to obtain the needed alignment and buy-in. Integral to this effort is the ability to leverage work and projects already completed/in progress and to make demonstrated progress by bringing efforts together while still driving thoughtful independence among federated stakeholders. Current personalization efforts across the Consumer Bank are implemented through a combination of vendor SaaS solutions (including Adobe) and home-grown implementations, and the successful candidate will also leverage data sets such as Clickstream Data, Digital Session Replay, Digital Experimentation or A/B Testing, Journey Analytics, Customer Surveys and Customer Activity Logging/Audit Logging. The Digital Analytics Personalization Manager will serve as a product manager to work backward from stakeholder needs to determine how to implement the digital personalization program and to perform technical and analytic work to implement this program. The initial effort will involve generating and delivering analysis on current and potential analytics efforts to drive the understanding of the value of coordination and alignment across digital personalization efforts. Key partners will include federated stakeholders across the Consumer Bank with personalization efforts of varying maturity and connectivity, Digital Analytics and data partners, including technical resources to implement code on web pages/mobile applications, digital product managers and other analytics/Consumer Bank resources and leaders. This Manager will be a doer who will be determining what work should be done and the operating model with different stakeholders and partners and then doing the work him/herself while building out the function. While we anticipate that this person will deliver and build the strategy and influence to grow a team in time, this candidate will always be expected to be doing hands-on technical/analytic work to demonstrate meaningful progress. Success criteria include: Demonstrating leadership through strong communication skills via messaging, addressing conflict, managing competing priorities and presenting holistic solutions to enable business strategy; ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage self and others to tight deadlines; establishing reputation as an effective and collaborative partner; leveraging knowledge of strategy, business and competition to connect day-to-day work of team to the "bigger picture"; and effectively creating, socializing and gaining buy-in for the Digital Analytics personalization strategy.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $105,000 to $155,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes
