Office Manager, Department of Surgery

Job Overview:

The Office Manager assists with daily operations by performing secretarial, financial, and administrative support. Ensures accurate completion of all forms and records related to the above functions. Supervises all clerical/financial functions within the departments. Oversees non-clinical operations. Ensures that the department is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor s Degree
• Ability to organize, manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Must possess excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of computer and computer programs.

Preferred:

• One to three years administrative or secretarial experience in a health care facility

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift- 8:00am- 4:00pm
• Monday -Friday
• Full Time/Day

Pay Range:

Salary Range: $60k- 70k
