Production Solutions Software - Technical Pre/Post-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Product responsibilities include EM360 equipment management software, Smart Test Cell, Advantest Power Optimization System, Clamping Force Fixture, VGEM, Production software on Advantest V93000 (V93K) testers
• Design & deliver test cell production solutions compatible with Advantest test systems to address customer needs, integrating the solutions into their production flow.
• Lead the customer engagement during various phases of the sales process including requirements discovery, analysis, demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive + value positioning, and implementation/execution.
• In response to customer requirements, participate in a cross-functional team to develop creative, cost-competitive products or solutions.
• Share new product knowledge and use cases with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global R&D, Field Service Business Development & Local Account teams
• Submit ECR (Engr. Change Requests) to R&D to log issues, or enhancement requests.
• Software installation, upgrades, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
