Operations
For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that enable business to flow. In Operations we partner with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside this vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm's assets and its reputation. Operations span all product lines and markets.

YOUR IMPACT
Are you passionate about client service and finding ways to improve operational processes and controls? Our Client Reporting & Communications team is seeking a professional looking to collaborate with global partners to build innovative and scalable solutions, oversee the distribution of client communications, and mitigate risks associated with the reporting of confidential, regulatory data while providing the best possible experience for our clients.

OUR IMPACT
The Client Reporting & Communications team is a global team that has an integral role in designing and delivering strategic solutions that improve client experience and satisfy regulatory requirements. The team partners with PWM Management and other stakeholders regularly to develop new solutions aimed at digitizing and enhancing the PWM internal and external client platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordination, oversight, and delivery of PWM client communications through infrastructure the team helps design. The team also partners with other teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications that comply with industry and government rules and regulations.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
* Demonstrate the ability to constantly apply sound business judgment to prioritize requests, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain high level of accuracy under pressure.
* Establish and drive transformational strategy to uplift service standards, improve workflows and manage reporting to measure and monitor risk and provide a differentiated client experience
* Showcase strong control and risk management strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and exchange relevant risk assessment information, flags, and alerts, identifying potential anomalies.
* Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business
* Provide accurate and timely managerial reviews and approvals of client communications
* Coach and develop more junior team members and participate in business planning sessions to forecast resourcing needs.
* Collaborate with global team members and leadership to promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
* Showcase your communications skills by ensuring communications are consistent, comprehensive and accurate.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 5 years of work experience in Business, Operations, or related field.
* Proven analytical, problem solving, client service skills paired with a control mentality and meticulous attention to detail.
* Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders with differing levels of product experience.
* Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to a variety of businesses and commercial opportunities
* Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion
* Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment with respect to handling of highly confidential/sensitive information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Work experience in related fields
* Effective management and leadership skills (e.g., ability to multi-task, manage high-level stress environment, prioritize/follow-up)
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely
* Very good communications and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the securities industry, knowledge of Wealth Management brokerage functions preferred
* Strong commitment to quality controls and procedures
