This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Group Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RingCentral's next-generation Applications product features

  • Develop and execute RingCentral's product strategy, with a keen focus on serving the extensibility needs of current and future customers

  • Collaborate with Design, Development and GTM functions to conceive features, plan projects, and build roadmaps

  • Become a seamless part of the organizational that keeps product management empowered and managers informed

  • Anticipate future product needs and craft plans to realize them, and balance feature development with investments in tech debt reduction

  • Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with RingCentral Engage products

  • Work closely with development teams to produce product backlog outlining end to end user flows

  • Lead and manage Net Promoter Score feedback management program and establish a process to effectively address customer feedback

  • Run and manage beta programs and feedback collection to iterate on product improvement for customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in technical product management

  • Prior experience with cloud customer engagement applications and good knowledge of the market and the players

  • Sufficient technical experience with cloud-based web and mobile applications to be able to talk to engineers about architecture and product decisions

  • A track record of taking products to market and managing the product life cycle from cradle to grave

  • A proven history of driving product strategy and shipping products with multi-functional teams

  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

If you are hired in Belmont, CA, the compensation range for this position is between $159, 250 and $227,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
