The Market President provides leadership and directs the overall operation of the Regional Medical Center. The Site Hospital President's actions should be consistent with the mission, vision, values and promise of City of Hope (COH) as well as the goals and objectives of the strategic plan. The Site Hospital President utilizes all resources to generate measurable results to benefit the corporation, the community, the facility, the staff, and most of all, the patients. The Site Hospital President will report to the Chief Integration Officer. The Market President is responsible for leading and driving hospital and ambulatory development and growth of cancer services and cancer outreach programs throughout the market. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for overall hospital and ambulatory operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, support services, clinical growth, patient experience, quality, performance improvement, and patient safety. As a successful candidate, you will:
Qualifications Your qualifications should include: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration is required. Ten (10) years of progressive management experience successfully managing a mid to large-sized multi-function healthcare organization with a minimum of five (5) years in an executive leadership role.
