Sales Manager, Construction McLean, VA Pay From: $32 per hour MUST: Experienced Commercial Sales Manager 5+ years of in commercial sales Must have a proven track record selling general contractor (GC) construction services to commercial clients Must be able to read and understand construction project RFP, blue prints, and estimating, and bid and proposal development Must have proven track record establishing new relationships with commercial and government clients, construction managers, and teaming partners Ability to find and locate qualified subcontractors and to obtain pricing and bids Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can make up for degree DUTIES: Develop new sales pipelines Create strategic sales plans Cold call prospective clients Conduct market research Collaborate with team to ensure successful project execution Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
