Program Analyst REMOTE MUST: Active Secret Clearance required Experienced Program Analyst 10 years experience supporting IT systems Command, control, sensor, and communications systems experience, to include command and control systems based on the COE; vessel integrated sensory systems (e.g., radar, AID direction finders, electro-optimal/infra-red, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM; TEMPEST practices; HF, VHF, UHF, MILSATCOM, COMSATCOM, and network communications; communications integration systems; Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) analysis and mitigation techniques Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and writing Demonstrated experience reviewing documents for government systems acquisition documents, developing statements of work, managing requirements, and writing reports Bachelors Degree Required DUTIES: Support the Program Management Office in providing Integrated C5I Systems Acquisition and C5I Technical Authority Support for C5I Acquisition Programs for surface, air, and shore assets Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding C5I operational and functional requirement Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing responses regarding C5I Operational, System and Technical Architectures Provide support with acquisition related technical Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Working Groups (WGs), and prepare Determinations and Findings documentation to standardize C5I systems and components Coordinate the Configuration Management (CM) activities and serve as the BOD-AIB central Point of contact (POC) for C5I engineering change requests and proposals Review and analyze C5I change requests and proposals and prepare responses for government PMO review Provide administrative support in the development, preparation, distribution, and follow-up on government PMO related meetings whether on or off-site to include compilation and distribution of meeting minutes *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
