What you'll be doing...

As a Sr Analyst-WFPA CS Ops Support in Workforce Planning, you'll be charged with managing and executing projects that will enable our Sales teams to be more productive and improve their efficiency to achieve excellence. You'll be responsible for developing strategies to improve performance, producing and analyzing reports, managing field inquiries and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional partners and serving as the Resource Management Ops primary point of contact for multiple geographic areas.

Other job functions include:

  • Analyzing and identifying trends and providing feedback for scheduling optimization.

  • Partnering with field leadership, HR, vendors and legal to make strategic decisions based on scheduling trends and updated statutes.

  • Identifying changes in the business that will/should impact our scheduling forecasts and suggest improvements.

  • Suggesting and driving process improvements, efficiency, and accuracy in the end-to-end scheduling process.

This position directly impacts our ability to achieve strategic & financial goals and requires flexibility to adapt to change quickly.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant experience are required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Business or Sales Operations experience.

  • Experience with analytics (resource creation and understanding).

  • Experience creating executive presentations, graphs, and charts.

  • Strong communication skills in order to lead with influence and demonstrate an ability to craft a narrative or compelling argument.

  • Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and adapt to change.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Master's degree.

  • Experience using UKG

  • Experience SQL and VZ Data Warehouse

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

  • Managed multiple projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience with Data Visualization, particularly creating dashboards and executive reporting.

  • Executive level presentation skills- Directors, Sr. Managers, etc.

  • Cross Channel experience.

  • Formal project management skills.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $68,000.00 and $111,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
