Position Summary The Kroger Customer Account Manager contributes to the Division's success by growing gross revenue, net revenue, and achieving share goals for their assigned business segments. The Customer Account Manager is responsible for expanding brand awareness through retail customer business building activities, development and execution of CPG customer-specific sales, category, and marketing plans with the assigned retail customer. Summary of Experience: * At least 7+ years of experience developing and leading sales within consumer products industry, negotiating annual sales plans focused on multiple brands, and key account sales at the buyer level * Experienced in managing sales, profit and trade budgets * Experience with Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) * Strong experience with cross-functional customer-facing team and broker management interaction * Solid Knowledge related to Customer Financial Models (Item Margin, Category Margin, Waste etc.) * Experience Implementing and running retailer-specific programs * Experience with both brick & mortar and eCommerce Basic Qualifications: * Minimum Bachelor's Degree required Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing * Strong selling and negotiation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to balance multiple priorities concurrently through cross-functional team * Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment * Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures * Ability to present customer information to small-medium size groups Requisiton ID 352362 #LI-KS1 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
