Job Summary - Director, Business Operations Continuing Care Demonstrates a high level of independent decision making and operational ownership of service line under the Sr Director. Builds critical partnerships with other system stakeholders and high levels of collaborations. Represents the department in the community and system. Coordinates departmental operations, strategic planning, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance and integration in collaboration with the Senior Director and other Continuing Care leadership to ensure quality of care provided to patients and families. Partners in developing and executing growth strategies, tactics and plans for service line across care regions to strengthen value to service lines, improving the affiliated acute system and community referral base throughput experience and capture rates.
