Overview:
Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to make an impact? Join our team as an Automation Intern! We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in building campaigns through our Content Management System, including crafting emails, landing pages, and texting templates. In this role, you'll utilize your proficiency in Excel to develop and manage tracking systems that support team collaboration. What you'll do:
- Send out weekly reports of leads generated through media funnels to five advisors participating in the pilot program.
- Build and manage email campaigns in the Content Management System (CMS)
- Publish approved content to user libraries.
- Support the development of campaigns for advisors utilizing AE Media.
- Collaborate with Digital Account Managers to build custom templates and content requested by advisors for their libraries.
- Make necessary updates to assets based on compliance reviews and ensure all adjustments are completed.
- Contribute creatively to team meetings, brainstorming new concepts and strategies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience you'll bring:
- Interest in digital marketing with a focus on building campaigns in our Content Management System, including emails, landing pages, and texting templates.
- Proficiency in Excel for creating and managing tracking systems across teams.
- Collaborative communication style for effective teamwork with advisors and departments.
- Strong attention to detail in content management and campaign quality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and contribute to group goals.
Bonus Points:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Wordpress
