Job Title: Security Command Center Operator
Job Description As a Security Command Center Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. You will be responsible for monitoring all physical and electronic security systems and coordinating responses to various security incidents. Responsibilities * Monitor Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system for alerts, alarms, and other events. * Respond to alarm events and security situations according to Standard Operating Procedures or policies. * Coordinate Law Enforcement response to criminal and security incidents. * Communicate notifications to various internal and external groups. * Operate CCTV cameras to determine the cause of events and coordinate responses. * Perform access management tasks in assigned systems, including creating badges, assigning access, and removing access based on policies. * Serve as the central point of contact for the Corporate Security team, handling phone calls, text messages, and emails. * Fill out logs, reports, and other documentation to report activities of the Security Command Center. * Identify and report any broken, damaged, or non-operational security equipment for repair. * Conduct visitor check-ins at designated locations. * Work with internal and external customers to address questions, concerns, and other reports. * Attend trainings, staff meetings, and other assigned meetings as required. * Complete required self-guided training to maintain company and professional knowledge. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills * 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably combined with security experience. * Strong computer proficiency and typing skills. * Good availability and willingness to work flexible shifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications * High level of self-sufficiency post-training. * Resolution specialists or those capable of giving instructions and advice within parameters without additional assistance or supervision. * Strong candidates will not have multiple jobs in the same year without good explanation. Work Environment The Security Command Center operates 24/7, with flexible shifts available including graveyard, weekends, and swing shifts. The position is 100% onsite with no remote work options. The dress code is business casual, requiring clean, logo-free clothing and close-toed footwear. Training consists of two weeks: the first week is classroom-based, and the second week involves On-The-Job training, likely during graveyard hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.54 - $27.54/hr.
