With a strong commitment to community and employee development, they offer a dynamic and supportive work environment. *Job Summary: *We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR systems and enjoys working on multiple projects. You will play a key role in optimizing the ATS system (Jobvite) and supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks. *Primary Responsibilities:* * Configure and customize Jobvite to meet the specific needs of the recruitment processes. * Provide training and support to the Recruiting team on Jobvite functionalities. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jobvite configuration. * Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies. * Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making. * Assist in the development and implementation of systems best practices in partnership with the HRIS team. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Recruiting Coordination for a mid to large size organization (1000+ employees). * Proven experience configuring and managing Jobvite. * Strong understanding of recruiting systems and their integration with other HR systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. *Employee Value Proposition:* This is an open-ended role with the potential for long-term growth.
