JOB SUMMARY

The We Proudly Serve Starbucks Manager oversees the daily operations of a licensed Starbucks outlet within the hotel. This position ensures all Starbucks brand standards are upheld while delivering exceptional guest service. The manager is responsible for staffing, training, quality control, financial performance, and collaborating with hotel leadership to support guest satisfaction and profitability.

What will you be doing each day?



  • Lead daily operations of the Starbucks outlet within the hotel.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and shift leads.
  • Uphold Starbucks brand standards and ensure alignment with hotel service culture.
  • Monitor product quality, cleanliness, and guest service at all times.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and vendor relationships.
  • Track financial performance, labor productivity, and sales goals.
  • Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with hotel F&B and front office teams to support guest experience.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure proper use of POS systems and accurate cash handling.


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • 2-3 years Starbucks management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with Starbucks We Proudly Serve standards is a plus.
  • Local to the area
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management and scheduling software.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • ServSafe or food handler certification required (or obtained upon hire).
