Behavioral Youth Case Manager

The Guidance Center (TGC) in Oskaloosa, Kansas, is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Youth Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary team. TGC is a certified Community Mental Health Center and Behavioral Health Clinic serving Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. Responsibilities

• Help clients identify strengths, needs, and goals for community living
• Engage and maintain client and caregiver relationships
• Assist clients and caregivers in accessing resources
• Provide transportation for clients as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
• Relevant work experience in human services field or a combination of experience and education
• Minimum of one year working with individuals in the community
• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
