Position Title:Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor - Adult Oncology

Job Description:
General Description: Under the general direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, clinical supervisor is responsible for the day to day oversight of clinical pharmacy services. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Doctorate (PhD or MD) Experience: 1 to 3 years demonstrated leadership experience required. Post-graduate year 2 (PGY2) pharmacy residency training or equivalent experience AND three (3) year of experience as a registered Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Licensed as a Doctor of Pharmacy (D.Ph.) by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
