DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will review floor plans, serve as the subject-matter expert on all facilities-related matters, and collaborate with staff throughout the Commonwealth. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts and management directives to define or develop processes. A strong command of ESS, SAP, and Business Warehouse applications, along with experience of using data platforms to research procurement and payment activities, is essential. You will also assess space allocations to ensure optimal usage and are expected to communicate effectively and mentor colleagues. Your decision-making will be guided by policies and directives, and you will offer recommendations for actions that may fall outside the scope of current policies. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to three days per week, or as directed, depending on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
