Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Capacity Planning to lead and optimize our medium to long-term capacity planning across all manufacturing sites. This role will be responsible for aligning supply capabilities with demand forecasts, driving long-term production capabilities and ensuring manufacturing agility across our network. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in capacity modeling, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive medium - long term capacity model to align operational capabilities with forecasted demand.
  • Partner with demand planning, logistics, procurement, operations, engineering, and finance teams to develop interlock processes that align supply capabilities with commercial expectations.
  • Monitor, measure and continuously improve production efficiency, utilization, and throughput across manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Create tools and processes for scenario planning, bottleneck identification, and what-if analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend capital investment and footprint expansion plans based on forecasted needs.
  • Translate sales forecasts and product mix assumptions into capacity models to guide investment and operational decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or capacity planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment, line balancing, and constraint-based planning.
  • Strong communicator with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-growthenvironment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar modeling tools.
  • Must be able to travel about 50% of the time

Compensation Range:$148,000.00-$222,000.00, plus bonus.
