DevOps Engineer - Managed Services (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to help build and automate our bare metal infrastructure, private cloud platforms, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) tools. In this role, you will support the development and operation of platforms that deliver reliable infrastructure services, working closely with senior engineers to automate workflows and improve service delivery. Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining infrastructure platforms across bare metal and private cloud environments.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to support provisioning, scaling, and management of infrastructure services.
• Contribute to the development of MSP platforms that ensure performance, reliability, and availability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Automate routine tasks and operational workflows using Python, Go, or Bash.
• Support CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth infrastructure and application deployments.
• Monitor system health and performance, and help implement observability tools.
• Work with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to support application environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into broader platform initiatives.
• Learn and contribute to platform improvement efforts, adopting best practices in automation and operations.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Familiarity with managing bare metal servers and private cloud environments.
• Experience with automation and scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking, storage, and security in a cloud infrastructure context.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative in a fast-paced technical environment.
