The role:

Reporting to our Executive Director, Global Education, you will develop a comprehensive omni-channel education strategy across global markets. You will track and assess the program's impact on increasing salon and consumer brand awareness, increasing sales growth, and promoting the brand's position as the leading luxury haircare brand worldwide. Additionally, you will maintain relationships across different regions and markets.

What you will do:

Market Education Strategy and Support



  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance to local market education teams in collaboration with regional education managers.
  • Partner with local markets to tailor and implement educational launch strategies, ensuring flexibility to meet the needs of each market.
  • Assess the progress of education programs, identify areas of opportunity, and adapt strategies to achieve business growth and attract new customers across all channels.
  • Manage the recruitment process for National and Local Artists and Product Specialists, communicating standards, goals, and application processes.
  • Partner with regions to maximize the use of Copenhagen Atelier, encouraging community-building both internally and externally.


Salon Channel Programs



  • Help create comprehensive educational tools and training materials in collaboration with Content Directors, ensuring flexibility to meet market needs.
  • Analyze data and productivity from education programs in each market, and adapt resources and strategies to maximize Value.
  • Lead the design and production of global digital educational assets, managing incoming requests to support a diverse range of markets.
  • Develop and implement creative plans for New Product Development (NPD) that align with brand values and market demands.


Events



  • Establish and help implement standards for in-market events, ensuring consistency and adaptability based on local market dynamics.


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 or more years of experience in beauty or related field and working with artists
  • Experience driving event branding strategy
  • Mac Proficient, and familiarity with Design Essentials in Adobe CS
