AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Director to lead Enterprise Market & Ecosystem Development within the Enterprise and High Performance Compute Business Group (EHBG). This individual will be responsible for driving strategies to accelerate market share growth of AMD EPYC-powered server systems in the largest and/or fastest growing segments of the IT market. The role involves close collaboration with internal groups such as sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of enterprise market activation plans. Additionally, the role requires tight engagement with key partners in the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem, including operating systems companies and applications providers who drive the most successful software footprints in key verticals. Attributes of a successful candidate include a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and the ISV ecosystem, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth through effective sales strategies. Success in this role will be ultimately measured by market share gains of AMD EPYC-powered server systems in the Enterprise segment. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving enterprise market activation and achieving aggressive targets.
