Database Production Support Category: Information Technology Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-384211 Database Product Support Contract to Hire 100% Remote (Must live in Texas) Responsibilities: Provide daily support for production systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Python scripts, SQL queries, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs, and implement system enhancements. Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations. Maintain and update documentation of support processes and procedures. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed. Requirements: 1+ year of Python. 1+ year of SQL. Basic knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a production support role. Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques. Knowledge of other data integration tools and frameworks. Estimated Min Rate: $35.00 Estimated Max Rate: $40.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
