Security Professional - Aviation Site Patrol

As a Security Professional - Aviation Site Patrol in Teterboro, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in the aero/defense sector, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a visible deterrent, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions with staff and visitors. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always acting with integrity and putting people first in a dynamic location.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, particularly in an aviation or defense-related location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain awareness of the unique environment and protocols associated with aviation and defense locations while performing assigned duties.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual observations according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• New Jersey Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
